Eggman Neo's prime invention, Captain Whisker was supposed to rule the Sol Dimension alongside his crew with an iron fist backed up by a vengeful and merciless temperament. That being said, various glitches has made him into a bumbling buffoon. He is clumsy, forgetful, gullible, and a chatterbox among other things and his dedication to being a pirate makes him unable to be taken seriously. He is also very vain and narcissistic, often times spending obscene amounts of time grooming his metallic moustache and possesses a very exploitable flaw of being sent into a blind rage whenever anyone insults or touches it.
