The amoral owner of Breeze Media, the company responsible for the multitude of giant casinos around Mobius and the #1 entertainment network in the world, Breezie is a shrewd and manipulative businesswoman who has no problem bending the rules and conspiring with whoever she needs to expand and profit. She is in close contact with Nack, who has basically become her errand boy. In fact, she was the one who initially hired him to obtain the Chaos Emeralds and helped him form the Hooligans with the other mercenaries under her payroll. Her company's sketchy activities has made her somewhat of a target for the Chaotix, with her and Vector becoming rivals to see who can take down the other first.
