Rouge is a smart and confident jewel thief who works as a freelance treasure hunter. She's a calculating realist who always seems to have an ulterior motive. She's trained in combat and has a weakness for jewels. But she still possesses some degree of morality. She is also Shadow's closest ally, which says a lot since he's more of a loner.
