Dr. Ivo Robotnik is a human scientist, the arch-nemesis of Sonic the Hedgehog, and the main antagonist of this story. As an evil dictator, Robotnik uses his smarts to attempt to conquer Mobius, something that his father, Julian, could never do. He has a very hatred with Sonic since..., well, it's hard to tell. Every time Sonic ruins his planet-conquering schemes, Robotnik's hatred grew even more. But will eventually have the last laugh.
