Santa Claus is accidentally injured and it might be the time to cancel Christmas. Sonic the Hedgehog & his friends won't let that happen. They offer to help Santa deliver the presents around the world to save Christmas. Dr. Eggman follows them as he plans to steal all the presents as he only gets a stocking full of coal every Christmas for being naughty.
