Leader of The Overworlder Forces, he is ruthless and terrified at the intelligence shown by The Mobians. He had always argued with those above him that messing with nature and Ai was going to one day have consequences (it was a particularly heated debate between him and Dr. Gerald Kintober). After his son was kidnapped by The Mobians in an attempt to demand the attention of The Goverment that they deserve freedom, it all went wrong and Colin’s son was accidentally killed. Now he swears to wipe out all Mobians till they’re either in work camps, or 6 feet under.
