Dr. Robotnik is at it again, and this time he’s got help. The doctor has teamed up with the notorious Fang the Sniper, and his two lackeys Bark and Bean, to capture Sonic and his friends so Robotnik can make more metal versions of them. But that didn’t work because Mighty and Ray have come to Sonic’s rescue. Robotnik realized that he doesn’t need to take Sonic to make another Metal Sonic, but he has to scan him quietly. So he sent Tails Doll, his newest spy, to discreetly scan Sonic, Tails and Knuckles, and send the data back to Robotnik. Fang and his mooks have failed Robotnik, so they go solo and try to get Sonic and his friends again. But this certain encounter separates Sonic, Tails, Amy, Knuckles, Mighty and Ray from each other! Tails takes his own solo adventure, trying to get back to everyone else. But encounters new enemies along the way such as Witchcart, Hocke-Wolf, Carrotia and Bearanger. Mighty and Ray help Amy as they try to get back to the others, but like Sonic, Tails and Knuckles, they are beginning to learn about the weird emeralds that they find. They are the Chaos Emeralds, mystical gems of great power. Will Sonic and his friends reunite, or will Robotnik’s new creations from their data destroy them?
