When Knuckles is ready to take the next step in his relationship with his girlfriend, Julie-Su, by proposing to her, they’re both kidnapped by a tribe called the Nocturnas, a tribe whom Knuckles' ancestors sacrificed themselves to seal in another dimension. Sonic must team up with his friends to save their echidna friends from the Nocturnas to stop them from using the Chaos Emeralds to invade Mobius. (13th film in the Sonic Animated Cinematic Universe).
