Synopsis

The story follows seven-year-old Johnny who is visiting his grandmother for an extended stay. Johnny befriends the elderly Remus and takes joy in hearing his tales about the adventures of Br'er Rabbit. Johnny learns from the stories how to cope with the challenges he is experiencing while living with his grandmother.

Description of Br'er Bear (Voice):

A dim-witted and carefree bear who serves as Br'er Fox and Br'er Wolf's accomplice. He is prone to anger and violence when provoked. He considers himself the strongest of the animals. He is repeatedly tricked by smaller creatures (particularly Br'er Rabbit).
