The American version of the Russian film "Son of a Rich". Names have been changed for this version. George is the son of wealthy businessman Paul Johnson. He is also a perfect example of how money can mess with your head. When one of his pranks almost ends in prison (which he apparently doesn't care about) his father decides to teach him a lesson. Together with TV presenter Anastasia and psychologist Levy they find a 19th century village where they install cameras and similar devices to observe the man and hire the right people. After a fake car accident, George wakes up in a stable in the village. He is convinced that he has travelled back in time to 1860! Everyone tells him he is a peasant to serve his Lord. Will George become a good man after this?
