Before she worked for U.N.I.T.E.D., she shadowed NACHT when she came across their genetic experiments and sought Yoshiko Iwata's help to save Rika from their laboratories. As chief scientist for U.N.I.T.E.D. and combined science and engineering officer of the USS Paladin (CVABB-13), Renora co-developed the Excalibur A.I. which administrates U.N.I.T.E.D. She is intelligent and strongly dedicated to her work which frequently contrasts with Mai's rashness even during combat. All Galaxy Knight repair teams answer to her, but it is through bringing up humans, aliens and machines alike/together she hopes to prove humanity’s worthiness of life. Like Mai, she seeks male companionship in marriage.
