A little boy, recently transferred from the Carpenter Juvenile Correctional Facility due to it's destruction by fire. His file describes him as "withdrawn, except around the month of October and week immediately succeeding October 31st, rarely communicates even nonverbally, seems to have memory problems, compulsively hides his face, usually with hondmade or available masks." His previous doctor, Jennifer Hill, says he's pure evil, but Dr. Loomis isn't so sure. Is Michael A. Myers evil incarnate or is he just beyond help?
