A former Mercenary and a Hitman, he's a Northwestern wolf with a black long hairstyle, used to be hired by certain clients who wants him to do their killing jobs with no witness, as well as being arch-nemesis rivalry to certain female cop, almost akin to rivalry between Sly and Carmelita but different, eventually when she hit early retirement, James then moves on from the things he have done, thought wasn't worth it but to ruin other innocent lives, he then confront each clients who have hired him, one by one, put them to lifetime prisons, as well as talking a therapy about himself. Until that day, he had to cut his way back to help group of people he never thought he'd end up to help.
