Character Description

Penelope is a Dutch technician and remote-control specialist. She’s sweet, sassy, and skillful with her RC gadgets. Penelope makes a deal with Bentley that she would help the Cooper Gang if they win the ACES dogfight competition and defeat her boss, the Black Baron (which turns out to be her in disguise). Penelope joins the Cooper Gang as the RC specialist for the Cooper Vault heist and falls in love with Bentley.
