The movie is set in a skyscraper in America, where a huge private party is being held. Stored in a safe below the depths of the skyscraper is a suitcase containing vials of powerful venom that can kill people with just a prick. It is being protected by two British guards nicknamed Shamrock and Bullet. Frost Biscuit and Low Lightfoot are agents hired to steal the venom and destroy it so nobody gets hurt.
