One of the few portal masters who survived Nefarion's reign. Bertilak is a stoic and serious person who takes her duties as a portal master with heavy weight, especially as he's one of the few portal masters to survive Nefarion's reign, and spends his days traveling Skylands and helping with rebuilding efforts while attempting to find fellow portal masters. Throughout the story, he often helps the heroes during particularly tough patches while on his journey to find and seal away Nefarion.
