Description of William:
One of Tony and Tammy's neighbors, a serious and stoic boy fresh out of high school and Dawn's bitter nemesis. Though he's estranged from his parents, he's very close to his younger sister Angela, and often acts as the de-facto leader of the group. When he arrives in Skylands, he's transformed into a Sky Baron and gains power over the Air Element.
