Ozymandias was once the king of a mighty empire that saw its end far too soon in its existence, but he himself lives on in bitterness over all he lost and how great it could've been. Wanting to vindicate his past self, he's decided to transform Mali into a recreation of his old empire, and the heroes must lay his vengeful spirit to a peaceful rest.
