The Jellyfish Emperor is one of the largest jellyfish in Skylands, and fancies himself something of a big shot because of this. He believes that all the oceans across the universe should belong to him and him only, which is why he's rallied the jellies of Palau's Jellyfish Lake to help him in his conquest!
