Emperor September is a bloodthirsty emperor who wants nothing more than to conquer all of Skylands and watch all his enemies fall before him. He often subjects those who oppose him to vicious coliseum battles back home in Skylands, and after being whisked away to Italy, uses the coliseum there for a whole new set of vicious fights!
