Dr. Neo Cortex is a notorious evil doctor who plans to take over the world someday, but isn't above collaborating with the heroes when other villains encroach on his territory or his schemes go awry. After helping the Skylanders stop Kaos's previous schemes and returning back to his world, he's come back once more when a rift found him, and he in turn found his way to a Skylands and Earth in disarray. To secure his future empire, he's once again joined forces with the Skylanders.
