Synopsis

Years ago, Kaos attempted his greatest evil scheme yet—siphon the magic from Skylands and bring it to Earth using a terrifying spawn of the Darkness known as the Magic Eater, so he and his forces could conquer Earth and prevent its portal masters from being a thorn in his side ever again. However, the plan went awry, and it led to Kaos and the young portal master apprentices who fought alongside the Skylanders losing their magic and the Skylanders being reduced to lifeless figurines while the Magic Eater escaped into the unknown. Years later, the Magic Eater resurfaces and aims to enact Kaos's plans so it can conquer both worlds, having adopted his sense of malice with his magic, and it'll take the power of a whole new generation of Skylanders and a group of young portal masters raised up by these former apprentices to save both Skylands and Earth. ‖ fancast for a hypothetical Skylanders reboot/Skylanders 7. Description of Caterkiller:

A caterpillar sensei of the Air Element who mentors Imaginators of the new Shifter class. Caterkiller's a curious little creature—on the surface, it looks like a cute and friendly caterpillar, but when enraged, it turns into a powerful and deadly Venus Butterflytrap that wipes out all who stand before it. It was constantly causing trouble in its homeland, so some biologists carefully trapped it with the Skylanders' help—however, rather than dumping it somewhere else, Leo believed the young caterpillar's power could be a strong force for good if trained correctly and had it made a Sensei, where it teaches the tricks of its kind to cadets. Speaks entirely in animal noises.
