Description of Water Waster:
A minor villain that you encounter in Mermajesty's domain. Water Waster desires the waters of Mermajesty's world for his own selfish desires, but has no use for them and really just wants the resources all to himself, as he believes all the oceans in the universe belong to him. He employed Overfisher to take care of the wildlife so he can steal the oceans away, but when Mermajesty stops his employee, Water Waster himself decides to jump in the ring.
