Description of Neil:

Neil was an orphan and childhood friend of the Down to Earth avatar, who happened to reunite with them when the Magic Eater came to Earth and began capturing portal masters to steal their magic. After aging out of the foster system, he's found a life of his own alongside several of his old orphanage acquaintances, and now spends his days traveling and mentoring new portal masters. He ended up being late for the Worldly Games and missed getting petrified, and so helps our heroes undo the petrification. He appears as an NPC if you have either Heather or Skye as the DtE avatar.
