A portal master from Peru who studies the Magic Element, and notably participated in what would eventually become known as the first Worldly Exchange Program five years ago. Now in his early twenties, Atilio has become a paranormal investigator who helps deal with magical incidents across the globe, but despite his busy schedule, has returned to serve as a judge and mentor for this year's Worldly Tournament... Or he would have, if the party wasn't crashed by villains from Skylands! Now, he's working with a bunch of young, wannabe heroes to save the games and stop the bad guys.
