Rufus is the town crier of Woodburrow, and in addition also serves as Tessa's advisor, general right-hand man, and the one who runs things around Woodburrow when she's busy helping the Skylanders. When evil strikes, he takes it upon himself to lead Woodburrow through this crisis and advise the Skylanders on how to stop Kaos.
