Now in his mid-twenties, Mateo has become an heralded researcher of the various magical flora and fauna born of the introduction of magic to Earth, but is called to help out the people of Cloudbreak due to the main heroes being busy in the Lowlands. Fancasted VAs must be Argentine or at the very least Latine.
