Consotter lives in the rivers and swamps along with his subjects, the Otterians, and once led a peaceful life with his people—but when Kaos filled the Cloudbreak Archipelago with evil, everyone was evilized but him. Consotter had no choice but to abandon his people, but at least managed to save the local wildlife from the effects and was rewarded with the powers of a Pet Master as a result. Speaks with an Irish accent.
