The Brainless is a kooky old coot who's lived in his undead town for all eternity, and though he's a bit out there, he's ultimately harmless. He ends up witnessing Hektore kidnap a visiting scholar one day, and becomes your best lead in finding him before Hektore garners the secrets of Radiance from the scholar's studies... If you can get him to stop rambling, that is.
