Though most gillpeople balk at the cold, Gillian belongs to a group of them that are naturally attuned to the cold climates, and thus, nothing is more homey for Gillian than an ice bath in a blizzard. She'd aided Wendel in stopping Hektore during his last takeover of the Radiant Isles using her knowledge of the land and survival skills, and for her heroism, was made an Apprentice Seeker, and eventually, a full-fledged one when the time came to pass.
