Description of Bobbin Rood (Planned Boss):

A talented drow archer who came from a long line of hunters, and is so skilled that it's almost like his bow is a part of him. In the past, he was sealed within a cursed book, but after Hugo was tricked into reading said cursed book, he was freed and seemingly set on the path of good after being captured by the Skylanders. Datamines and concept art show he was planned for Ring of Heroes, but he didn't make it in before shutdown. In the original games, he speaks with an medium range voice.
