Description of Spotlight (Light Skylander):

A mysterious dragon born when Master Eon came in touch with the Crystal Orb of Light. Though her appearance was strange and foreign to Master Eon, he sensed that she was brought to him for a reason and took her in not just as a Skylander, but as his adopted daughter as well. In the original games, she speaks with a powerful, but elegant medium range voice.
