Description of Rip Tide (Planned Water Skylander):

A highly skilled Aqua-Fighter who amazed spectators far and wide with his mastery of virtually every technique in the book, and was even recruited into the Skylanders due to his amazing fighting skills. Datamines show that he was planned for Ring of Heroes, but he ultimately didn't make it in before shutdown. In the original games, he speaks with a low-range, heroic-sounding voice.
