Description of Wind-Up (Planned Tech Skylander):

A living wind-up toy created by an eccentric toymaker to keep his complicated clock networks running, and soon after became the guardian of that toymaker's secrets when the toymaker disappeared. Datamines and concept art leaks show he was planned for Ring of Heroes but never made it in before shutdown. In the original games, he speaks with a high pitched and very cartoony-sounding voice.
