Description of Magna Charge (Planned Tech Skylander):

An Ultron robot created with a giant magnet head who was exiled from his home for the problems his magnetism caused, then returned after years of training to find his homeland completely destroyed and subsequently became a Skylander to uncover the mystery. Datamines show he was planned for Ring of Heroes but never made it in before shutdown. In the original games, he speaks with a medium to low and very robotic-sounding voice.
