Description of Chopper (Tech Skylander):

A young dinosaur who built himself a super robotic suit to help him keep up with his larger kin, and became a Skylander after using his suit to help save his fellow dinosaurs from a volcanic eruption. In the original games, he speaks with a medium to high pitched and somewhat snotty-sounding voice.
