Description of Wham-Shell (Water Skylander):

The former king of an underseas kingdom that was driven to ruin and its people scattered to the seas by oil-drilling trolls. Wham-Shell's a bit pompous and impatient and tends to be somewhat out of touch with common life due to his royal upbringing, but is a hero a heart who fights to make sure nobody suffers the losses he did. In the original games, he speaks with a medium to high pitch and somewhat pompous voice.
