A young portal master from Earth who specializes in the Tech Element, Bruno is a young boy with an affinity for clocks and a bit of a mischievous streak, who has the powerful but dangerous ability to manipulate time as he pleases. About 15-17. Implied to be Black in canon, so Black VAs only.
