The tenth anniversary of the Wordly Exchange Program, and by extension, the fateful day that Earth became magical and established contact with Skylands, has arrived! On this fateful day, a reclusive young portal master from Earth arrives at Skylands to begin their year of study as part of the Worldly Exchange Program, and befriends a starry-eyed Skylander cadet during a fateful incident on their first day. Description of Oscar:

Now twenty-one years old, Oscar's finally an adult, but often feels that his siblings still treat him as a child, much to hid endless annoyance given that he'll be just as responsible as they are for protecting Skylands and the Academy when his parents retire. He mentors your avatar in the Water Element, and also aids you and your classmates as you attempt to stop the Seven Dark Seeds' latest attempts at reviving the Darkness. In addition, he also gains the ability of fusion over the course of the story, and can fuse with his adoptive siblings, Kaos, and two exclusive partners.
