A new villain introduced in the story. Sacrament worships the Despair Bringer's previous incarnation, and desires nothing more than to bring it back into existence so it can conquer all of Skylands, and has been seeking out remnants of its power on Skylands in order to do so. He's revealed to be the one behind the mysterious incidents Quinn and the Despair Bringer are investigating, and he teams up with Kaos so they can bring the old Despair Bringer back.
