A unicorn filly who hails from Whirlwind's homeland. As part of maintaining the diplomatic relationship between the air dragon and unicorn communities, she and Zephyr were hand-picked to someday succeed Whirlwind as leaders of the community, and were raised together as they trained to someday take up the position, thus leading the two to think of each other as siblings. When Whirlwind was called back into duty, she and Zephyr accompanied her and enrolled in the Academy, with Starburst entering the Light Element class. She's a hyperactive and overeager type who jumps headfirst into everything, but her cheerful and silly attitude brightens every face around her. Vaguely teenaged.
