Long ago in Skylands, after a long war, all the villains were put into vessels after their defeat. Many years later, the world returned to a normal state again. However, Kaos and the Doom Raiders decide to destroy all the vessels and release all the villains to freedom. The world is in danger again, but fortunately, two portal masters from another world are ready to save Skylands.
