After training to become a master of smashing to crack open the Golden Walnut he believed would reveal his destiny, Tri-Tip realized that protecting Skylands was his true purpose and wandered the world, putting his smashing skills to use by smashing out evil. Tri-Tip is one of the Senseis, a group of recent heroes who Master Eon employed as teachers at the newly-opened Skylanders Academy, and who also accompany the main heroes in seeking out the truth of Mind Magic to unlock new powers.
