Once a ordinary deity of sorrow and hardship, the Despair Bringer turned to evil after being constantly spurned by the beings who they were supposed to teach through the hardships and challenges they created, and eventually their own sibling as well, and have become determined to destroy the universe in an act of bitter vengeance.
