Kalamity is the mother of Kaos and the matriarch of the Kaos clan, who has served the Despair Bringer for as long as anyone can remember. She had always been a bit of a terror, much to her parents' glee, and when she turned out to be a portal master she was immediately sent to work underneath them as an evil portal master. By Kaos's age, she had already conquered several parts of Skylands and gave her longstanding rival Eon a run for his money, but after the battle at Mount Cloudbreak, went into hiding. When she learns that the heroes have returned for the Cloudbreak eruption, however, she resurfaces to settle her old scores... Elderly.
