A member of the Giants, the legendary eight heroes who were blessed by the elemental gods during the first war between the Hope and Despair Bringers. Bouncer was named the champion of the Tech god Gofannon, and was given immense power of the Tech Element and a wide variety of abilities that made him something of a demigod in his own right, including immortality. When the war ended and Gofannon went into dormancy, Bouncer retired to watch over Gofannon's dormant soul, only to join the heroes after Kaos aims to revive the ancient Arkeyan empire he fought against.
