From the spinoff mobile game Skylanders Lost Islands. Also known as Wendy, Cape Girl is the Masked Mabu's younger sister who seems to hold a bit of animosity towards her older brother. Supposedly, she gained superpowers after being bitten by a cursed chompy and and emerging from a magical dust-filled puff of glittery smoke. Child.
