Following her return from the Second Dimension and gaining her newfound mission to awaken his inner power and stop Navneet, Suraya's finally decided to find some kind of way to leave an impact on the globe, so that way, even if she dies, even if her cancer comes back and takes her, she knows she'll have something left behind. She's gotten involved in advocacy for disabilities and terminal illness, and slowly, she finds herself overcoming her fears about her terminal illness and the trauma it left her with. But, when she gets the news that her cancer may have returned for real, she finds herself facing the beast head-on once more.
