Gill Grunt, alongside the rest of the main ten Skylanders, has been living with Alfred for the past six months, and has spent this time honing his powers and helping out the best he can. He's bonded quite a lot with Alfred's family due to constantly helping out at home, and seeing how close they are has only deepened his resolve to protect those he holds close. He's spent his time learning not just new firing techniques, but also modifying his water jetpack to give him more powerful ammunition.
