Cynder, alongside the rest of the main ten Skylanders, has been living with Alfred for the past six months, and has spent this time honing her powers and helping out the best she can. With Spyro and Alfred butting heads somewhat, she's taken something of a leadership role, acting as the voice of reason amid their ranks—and continues to do so even after they decide to set off on a journey to find the Giants. She's mastered her powers over darkness and has even dabbled further in necromancy, allowing her to summon powerful spirits to come to her aid.
